PPR pipes (Polypropylene Random Copolymer pipes) are a type of plastic pipe made from a blend of polypropylene and ethylene copolymers. PPR is a high-technology plastic pipe, which is modern plumbing’s important solution when matched to cold galvanized pipes for all hot water systems. PPR Pipe and fittings are made with high-grade raw materials. It is one of the essential plastic pipe products which are used for extreme tempratures ranging from -20°C to 95°C.
HDPE pipe (High-Density Polyethylene) is a type of flexible plastic pipe used to transfer fluids and gases. It is often employed for replacing aging concrete or steel main pipelines. Constructed from the thermoplastic high-density polyethylene, it has low permeability and robust molecular bonding, making it suitable for high-pressure pipelines. HDPE pipe is often used for water mains, gas mains, sewer mains, slurry transfer lines, rural irrigation, fire-suppression system supply lines, electrical and communication conduits, and stormwater and drainage pipes.
Multilayer pipes are Multilayer PEX Cross-linked polyethylene. The Multilayer pipe is a composite form of polyethylene with cross-links and aluminum layer. It is used predominantly in building services pipework systems, hydronic radiant heating and cooling systems, domestic water piping, insulation for high tension and high voltage electrical cables, and baby play mats. Because of the versatility of the Multilayer piping, and the fact that it’s flexible and cheap, it’s used for plumbing in both residential and commercial buildings.
